the online payment page, where you need to carefully and accurately enter the data.

After the parcel is transferred to the transport company, a tracking number for tracking the parcel is sent to the email address specified in the order. When
filling in the “email” column, check that the input is correct.

In case of refusal to receive the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.

International delivery

The Seller sends the order without taking into account taxes and duties of the Buyer’s country of residence. The price for delivery does not include taxes and duties

Return of the product when buying in the online store

The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, having previously notified the sender, and after receiving the Goods-within 7 (seven) days* when buying in the online store. The parcel is sent by any courier company, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The return of Goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved. It is not possible to return used goods**

Registration of the return of goods on the territory of the Russian Federation

  1. The date of the actual dispatch of the order by the courier must be no later than the 7th day after receiving the goods from the online store.
  2. Contact us on instagram profile @malik___brand, email info@malik-brand.com within 7 days after receiving the product from the online store, informing the order number.
  3. Fill out the return form provided. All fields are required to be filled in.
  4. Carefully pack the product using the original packaging, attach the return form.
  5. Send the parcel by any transport company by courier to the door at your expense to the address: 241902, Russia, Bryansk, Belye Berega, Gorky Ave., 4, addressed to “Malik Tatyana Alexandrovna”
  6. Please provide your order number, track number and the name of the transport company of the return parcel in the profile @malik___brand, email info@malik-brand.com

Making a return of goods from other countries
